Zachary Gordon is an aquaculture extension staff member focused on seaweed aquaculture in Connecticut. He has been with the program since 2021. ​He offers seaweed industry consultation, and his main projects include hosting the annual seaweed aquaculture meeting, developing seaweed food safety guidance and the seaweed mobile laboratory. ​He holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Skidmore College and a Professional Science Master’s in Ocean Food Systems from the University of New England.
