David Dickson

Extension Educator and Director, UConn CLEAR

Dave Dickson is an extension educator and the director of the UConn Center for Land Use Education and Research (CLEAR). CLEAR provides communities with tools, training, research, and support to engage in sustainable and resilient land use decisions. While involved in all aspects of CLEAR’s work, much of Dave’s programmatic work focuses on stormwater management, green stormwater infrastructure (GSI), mobile mapping technologies, and STEM education. He is the co-creator of the Rain Garden smartphone app. He has a J.D. and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
