Connecticut Sea Grant Associate Director Nancy Balcom received the William Q. Wick Visionary Career Leadership Award from the Sea Grant Extension Assembly, given “in recognition of outstanding career achievement, leadership, vision and contribution to Sea Grant Extension through administration.”
