It examines the taxation of aquaculture operations in Connecticut, with a focus on how these laws affect aquaculturists and what updates may be needed to ensure their clear and equitable implementation, with a specific emphasis on Connecticut Public Act 63-490 (“PA 490”) and Public Act 21-24 (“PA 21-24”).
