Building on the foundations from two previous Legal Issues in the Age of Climate Adaptation workshops and participants’ questions, the third Climate Adaptation Academy session will focus on the legal and physical challenges municipalities are facing due to road flooding from extreme hightides and sea level rise.
The workshop will take place from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Middlesex County Extension Center, 1066 Saybrook Road, Haddam. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. The snow date is Feb. 1.
