Foundations of Shellfish Farming is a training course for new and prospective farmers and those who simply seek to learn more about aquaculture practices and techniques. Classes will meet at UConn Avery Point on Tuesday evenings from Jan. 24 to April 11.

Sea Grant-National Marine Fisheries Service fellows sought
The 2023 Sea Grant Graduate Fellowship in Population and Ecosystem Dynamics and Marine Resource Economics is open for submissions until Jan. 25. The fellowships are available to PhD students in programs in population or ecosystem dynamics, resource or environmental economics or related field.
Applications sought for 2023 Coastal Management Fellowship
NOAA is seeking applicants for the 2023 Coastal Management Fellowship Program. This program provides on-the-job education and training opportunities in coastal resource management and policy for postgraduate students and project assistance to state coastal zone management agencies.
